We are on the edge of our seats right now waiting for results on our son Jeremiah. He has a lump under his chin that we've been told is a lymph node. We went to the local clinic a week ago to have it checked out because  Dr. Neal was out sick.  He was tested at that time for Mono, and a CBC and Chem Panel.  Nothing showed up, although his Epstein Barr Virus Titer was positive, which means he's had Mono in the past.  (Oh really?)  They prescribed him an antibiotic because they thought it might be an infection/reaction to a bite on his face.  But after 7 days of antibiotics, the lump didn't go away.  We went back to see Marc at Dr. Neal's office.  He ordered an ultrasound of the lump and another CBC.  When we went for the ultrasound Friday, two more lymph nodes had big lumps.  So that's what we are waiting for, is results to the ultrasound and the CBC.  Marc said "I don't think  it's leukemia.  Let's just not think about that okay??
